These Terms of Use set out the general rules governing the use of the webrote.com website operated by Webrote, the content published on the website, contact and project forms and other online features made available to users.

By using the Webrote website, you are expected to take into account the provisions of these Terms that apply to your use. Where a separate proposal, order, contract or other written arrangement is made between the parties for a particular service or project, the relevant service relationship is governed primarily by the conditions set out in that specific arrangement.

Submitted requests are evaluated with regard to factors such as project scope, technical requirements, timing, current workload and other operational conditions. After reviewing a request, Webrote may ask for additional information, provide a proposal or inform the requester that it is unable to undertake the project.

If a service relationship is established, the project scope, price, payment terms, delivery plan, responsibilities of the parties and other material terms are agreed separately between the parties.

General service descriptions, sample processes and other informational content on the website do not, unless expressly stated otherwise, constitute a binding offer by Webrote or a commitment to provide services under specific conditions.

If a dispute arises, the competent court, consumer arbitration committee or other authority is determined in accordance with applicable law. These Terms do not remove any right a user may have under mandatory legislation to apply to a competent authority.
